I could not have asked for a more beautiful weekend to be photographing Colleen & Kyle's wedding. The weather was incredible, and the thought and love that was put into all the details made this day even more special. It was a blast getting to know these two, and their wonderful families along the way.

Meghan & Patrick- Glen Sanders Mansion, Scotia

Meg & Patrick's wedding was near and dear to my heart. I first met Meg back in 2011 while we were working together. About a year later, on St. Patrick's Day 2012, I ran into Meg out in town with Patrick. I don't think I have ever seen Patrick without the biggest smile on his face, possibly because I have only seen him when he is around Meg. Their Glen Sanders wedding was so much fun to photograph. Congratulations Meghan & Patrick!!

I had so much fun photographing Colleen and Kyle's engagement photos at Saratoga Spa State Park. The fall colors were amazing that day, and their love for one another (and their pup Blarney) was visible through the lens. I can't wait to share some photos from their wedding (coming soon...)

Lora & Josh- Spa State Park in Saratoga Springs NY

These two where such troopers hanging out with me bright and early to get these sunrise engagement photos. It was freezing out this day (and if it was cold by my native New Yorker status, one can only imagine how these to Californians were holding up), but the fall foliage, sunrise, and their infectious love and laughter made it all worth while. I can't wait to photograph their wedding in California this May! 

Baby Micah- Saratoga Springs Baby Photography

After much traveling and uncertainty in my life, I have been lucky enough to settle down in the same area that I grew up in. Although life may not be as adventurous as it was when I lived 3,000 miles away, it makes up for it in subtle, yet incredible little ways. I have been lucky enough to photograph Victoria, and now her little sister Micah the nieces of my best friend (of 17 years) Nicky, and the beautiful little girls of friends Josh and Nicole. 

I am so blessed to be able to watch these little ones grow up, and to sure there beauty.

Jason & Alicia- New York Engagement Photography

I was so excited to be able to shoot engagement photos for friends, fellow mountain bikers, HRRT members, and photographers Jason & Alicia. The day consisted of some rain, sunshine, more rain, a gorgeous sunset, and some fog, but I'm so glad we braved it for these photos. I can't believe how big this little man is getting!

I love getting something new, particularly when it shows up nestled in the mailbox, and tucked within an inconspicuous white envelope with a bright pink sticker that says "YAY!" I would be lying if I told you anything but the word "YAY!" came out of my mouth upon seeing my little package from MOO. MOO Makes (in my opinion) the best business cards out their at the most reasonable price, and I just love them. I have the LUXE cards for my fine art website, and the rounded corner matte ones for this site. Yes, I am hooked, but a first impression is everything, and I love the reaction when I hand a possible new client my card. 

Oh, and they arrived 6 days earlier then expected!
